Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 7 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in the condition it was sent and must include original tags (if the item is brand new). We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge and delivery back to us (unless item wasn't as described). Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a trackable delivery service such as Registered Post or Express Post.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
